Booking terms & cancellation policy

Booking

A submitted form is a non-binding inquiry. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the availability of your dates and the booking deposit has been paid (for bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full price of the stay). The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Price

The price per night is 4 000 Kč and the minimum stay is 2 nights. A Friday–Sunday weekend (2 nights) is a flat 12 000 Kč. For longer stays (even over a weekend) it is 4 000 Kč per night. The total price is always shown in the booking form before you submit.

The price of the stay includes bed linen and towels (the beds are made up with fresh, clean bedding on arrival and towels are ready for you in the bathroom), electricity, firewood, Wi-Fi, parking, use of the two-person kayak and garden games. We charge no cleaning fee.

Payment

• Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: once we confirm your dates, you pay a booking deposit of 2,000 CZK, which is deducted from the total price of the stay. 30 days before arrival we send you an invoice for the balance, payable within 7 days. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking is cancelled and the booking deposit is forfeited.
• Bookings made 30 days or less before arrival: the full price of the stay is paid straight away, within 3 days and in any case before arrival. If it is not paid on time, the booking is cancelled.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Times can be adjusted by arrangement depending on occupancy.

Refundable deposit

A refundable security deposit of 3,000 CZK is transferred to our account together with the payment for the stay. The deposit serves as security in case of damage to the equipment or the cabin. If everything goes well, the full amount of 3,000 CZK is returned to you after your stay.

Cancellation policy

• cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – the booking deposit is refunded in full,
• cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – payments made (booking deposit and any balance) are non-refundable.

Cleaning and condition of the cabin

We do not charge a cleaning fee. We expect you to leave the cabin in the state in which you took it over. If the cabin is left in a mess, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning afterwards.

Camera system

There are two cameras in the garden, both facing the garden. One covers the driveway and the entrance to the cabin, the other covers the part of the garden where the kayak is stored and serves to protect it. The cameras do not capture the interior of the cabin or the terrace.

The cameras are there mainly to protect the cabin while nobody is staying in it. They are triggered by motion and do not record video – when people move in view, they only take individual snapshots. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable with them running during your stay, just let us know and we will switch them off remotely.
