Booking terms & cancellation policy

Booking

A submitted form is a non-binding inquiry. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the availability of your dates and the deposit has been paid. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Price

The price per night is 4 000 Kč and the minimum stay is 2 nights. A Friday–Sunday weekend (2 nights) is a flat 12 000 Kč. For longer stays (even over a weekend) it is 4 000 Kč per night. The total price is always shown in the booking form before you submit.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Times can be adjusted by arrangement depending on occupancy.

Refundable deposit

A refundable security deposit of 3,000 CZK is transferred to our account together with the payment for the stay. The deposit serves as security in case of damage to the equipment or the cabin. If everything goes well, the full amount of 3,000 CZK is returned to you after your stay.

Cancellation policy

• cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – full refund of the deposit,
• cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – cancellation fee of 100 % of the deposit (2,000 CZK).

Cleaning and condition of the cabin

We do not charge a cleaning fee. We expect you to leave the cabin in the state in which you took it over. If the cabin is left in a mess, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning afterwards.

Camera system

There are two cameras in the garden, both facing the garden. One covers the driveway and the entrance to the cabin, the other covers the part of the garden where the kayak is stored and serves to protect it. The cameras do not capture the interior of the cabin.
