What data we process

When you send a non-binding booking inquiry, we process the data you fill in the form: full name, e-mail, phone number, requested dates, number of guests and any note.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to handle your inquiry, communicate about the booking and possibly carry it out. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep the data for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and booking, or for the period required by law. After that the data is deleted.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except providers of the website’s technical infrastructure (hosting, database), who process it only on our instructions.

Your rights
