About the cabin

Hamrovka is about slowing down. In the morning you are woken not by traffic but by the river and the birds; in the evening you fall asleep not beside a city but beside a crackling fireplace or a fire pit under the stars. Complete peace and nothing but nature - yet with the comfort of a well-equipped cabin, hot water, a kitchen and Wi-Fi.

The cabin has a soul. It is not an anonymous apartment but a place people love to return to. The forest at your back and the river before you create a feeling of having the world to yourselves - while landmarks and towns are just a short drive away whenever you fancy company.

The cabin suits many kinds of stays. Most often our guests are:

• Couples looking for romance and quiet - the fireplace, the river and undisturbed evenings on the terrace.
• Families with children - a fenced garden, a swing, a slide, a paddling pool and safe play, with the river close by.
• Small groups of friends - capacity for up to seven, a grill, a fire pit and plenty of outdoor space.
• Paddlers and anglers - a private dock, a free kayak and direct access to the Sázava.
• Dog lovers - dogs are welcome by arrangement and can roam freely on the fenced grounds.

A stay at Hamrovka is not just about sleeping over - it is about experiences you remember. Paddling out on calm water in the morning, mushroom picking in the forest behind the fence before noon, a trip to a castle in the afternoon and gathering around the fire in the evening.

Children enjoy the garden, the water and toasting sausages; adults enjoy the quiet, the river and an evening with a glass by the fireplace. And when the weather does not cooperate, the fireplace, a TV with OnePlay, a PlayStation and board games are waiting indoors - no room for boredom.

From the first inquiry to departure, we try to keep everything simple. Here is how it goes:

• 1. Inquiry - you pick your dates in the form and send a non-binding request.
• 2. Confirmation - we usually reply within 24 hours confirming availability and payment details.
• 3. Before arrival - you receive a detailed guide with access codes and everything you need.
• 4. Arrival - from 3:00 PM you collect the keys from the safe; made-up beds and towels are already waiting.
• 5. Your stay - you enjoy the cabin, the river and the surroundings; if anything comes up, we are a phone call away.
• 6. Departure - by 11:00 AM you tidy up after yourselves both inside the cabin and in the garden, leave them as you took them over, return the keys to the safe, and we hope to see you again.
